INNASCORE Developments Inc. is a young, energetic and driven company with a passion for innovation, quality and craftsmanship. Based out of Kelowna, BC we work and live in the Okanagan Valley of British Columbia. We specialize in multi-family, commercial and custom construction projects ranging in territory from Sicamous BC down to the Osoyoos Valley.
Our company was founded by two co-workers turned business partners. Starting from custom home building in Vancouver BC, Marlin and Fabian settled in Kelowna and shifted their focus on thoughtful and engaging multi-family developments. Our collective work histories centre around years of urban planning throughout Vancouver, Europe and Canada as well as over 30 years of hands-on construction and project management experience. Our team has a wide range of skills, knowledge and experience that focuses on construction management, development feasibility, land acquisition, rezoning, architectural design, investment, property management and construction services.
